Where are you based?
I am based in South Jersey.
Is local pick up available?
Absolutely! Use code LOCAL to get free shipping, then follow up with an email to coordinate pick up time. Pick up location is in Wenonah, NJ.
Shirt Info + Care:
All KWT shirts are hand screen printed by yours truly on unisex size Gildan heavy cotton brand tees. Shirts are available in sizes S-4XL* (not all shirt colors are available up to 4XL). Measurement charts can be found in each listing. The model (me) in all pictures is wearing a size MEDIUM.
To preserve the quality of the print, please make sure to wash your tee INSIDE OUT. Tees may shrink slightly after first wash; hang dry to avoid shrinking.
All Misprint tees are sold ‘as is’ and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

KWT offers two types of custom tees - Custom Color Tees and Fully Custom Tees.
Custom Color Tees - Any in stock* KWTee design can be custom printed in just about any color you'd like on just about any tee! Tank tops, long sleeves, crew necks, hoodies, baby tees, onsies, tote bags - the world is your oyster!
Custom Color Tees start at $28 each.
Fully Custom Tees - Bring your own design to get vectorized and translated to a shirt, or let me draw you something custom!
Fully Custom Tees have a MOQ of 10 shirts in any size.

Custom Art Info:
KWT is always down for custom art commissions!
My Family and House Portrait Commissions are always available with about a month of turnaround time. If you have a tighter deadline, shoot me an email to see if I can squeeze you in!
Assorted other drawing commissions, including tattoo commissions, are always available too!

Custom Pin Info:
KWT has helped create custom pins for bands, weddings and other special events and has helped other small businesses create pins of their own designs.
All custom pin orders have a MOQ of 50 pins.

Tattoo Tickets:
I am always beyond stoked + honored to see someone get a tattoo of my work! Tattoos of any of my KWT illustrations are always okay, if you'd like to contribute a bit to KWT for the design use and receive a high quality digital copy of the art, snag one of my *optional* Tattoo Tickets!

Return / Exchange Policy
I am happy to accept returns and exchanges on all items in my shop within two weeks of receiving the item.
Exchanges will not be shipped out until the original item is returned back to me. All products must return back to me in the same condition they were received.
If your item arrives damaged, I will happily replace it for you.
All shirt exchanges are subject to a two week processing time while I print your replacement shirt.
Once your item ships, shipping cost is nonrefundable.
Please note - unless you've spoken to me directly about the status of an order, all orders that are over one calendar year old will be automatically fulfilled and are not eligible for a refund.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
KWT generally ships once weekly.
All orders are subject to a 3-4 week processing time, especially shirts which are all printed in house.
Priority shipping is available, but orders are still subject to the same 1-2 week processing time! If your order has a deadline, reach out via email to make sure I am able to accommodate.
KWT is not responsible for lost mail or incorrect addresses. Please double check shipping info when ordering and email ASAP if changes need to be made!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Canadian + International shipping are calculated by weight by my website.
Due to changes in the VAT system, at this time KWT cannot process UK orders through my website, but I am happy to create a custom Etsy listing for you! Email me for more information.
International orders can take from 2 -12 weeks to be delivered. International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
It is against postal regulations for me to mark any package as a gift or to lower the value of a package to circumnavigate customs.
My order says it was shipped but the tracking info is still in pre-shipment, is it coming?
All orders are dropped at the post office within [24] hours of the label being printed.
Tracking information is not an exact science, but merely an estimate of where your order is at any given time. Tracking information may take several days to update after it has been shipped (and sometimes it may never be updated at all).
What if my order is lost/never delivered?
KWT is not responsible for lost, missing, or incorrectly delivered packages, nor do I have any additional info about the status of your package beyond the tracking number. If you think your order is lost, reach out to your local post office branch with your tracking info.
Is _____ ever coming back?
Most items in my shop are limited run and may not be restocked once sold out. This means that nothing lasts that long! If you are interested in an item there is no guarantee it will be there in the future.

Do you offer wholesale/consignment?
Yes! KWT is always on the hunt for new wholesale / consignment shops! Reach out via email for more info and to see my wholesale availability line sheet.
Would you ever be interested in a collaboration?
All collaborations are currently closed.
I am not currently seeking collaborations with photographers, influencers or bloggers. Please do not email me asking for things for free to promote on your page, this is incredibly rude and absolutely NOT a collaboration.
