Where are you based?
I am based in Philadelphia, PA. I offer local pick up options if you are willing to come to me, shoot me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or through my contact form to arrange a local pick up.
What is your return/exchange policy?
I am happy to accept returns and exchanges on all tee shirts (within a reasonable time of receiving your order). All shirt exchanges are subject to an up to two week processing time while I print your replacement shirt. The item must be returned to me in the same condition you received it.
Shipping cost is nonrefundable!
If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact me at email@example.com or through my contact form.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
I try to ship outstanding orders on Mondays + Fridays. You will receive a shipping email containing a tracking number when your order is shipped.
All hand screen printed shirts may take up to 2 weeks to be shipped.
If you are in a rush with your order or select priority shipping please reach out to me ahead of time to confirm shipping dates.
KWT is not responsible for lost mail or incorrect addresses. Please double check shipping info when ordering and email ASAP if changes need to be made!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping is $9.50 USD worldwide. All prices on kwtdesigns.com are in USD (United States Dollar).
In order to keep international shipping costs low (half of what it would be if I shipped via USPS), I recently switched my international shipping to a third party program. Unfortunately, these low costs also come with slightly unreliable tracking, or possibly no updated tracking at all.
I assure you, your package has been dropped off within  hours of receiving your shipping confirmation email. Your tracking may not be updated until your order is delivered!
International orders can take from 2 -12 weeks to be delivered.
International buyers are warned that their package may come with customs fees and that they are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I don't control the fees or who gets them, nor do I know anything about how your country calculates customs. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
It is against postal regulations for me to mark any package as a gift or to lower the value of a package. Please do not even ask!
My order says it was shipped but the tracking info is still in pre-shipment, is it coming?
USPS really enjoys doing this fun thing where they don't scan all of the packing labels when I drop your packages in the mail.
Tracking information is not an exact science, but merely an estimate of where your order is at any given time. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after it has been shipped (and sometimes it may never be updated at all). I assure you, your package has been dropped off within  hours of receiving your shipping confirmation email.
What if my order is lost/never delivered?
Unfortunately, once a package leaves my hand it is beyond my control. If you have any questions about your tracking/delivery information, please contact your local post office. If you have already contacted your local post office and they were unable to help you, send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or through my contact form and we can work something out.
Is _____ ever coming back?
In general all items that I make in the shop are incredibly limited runs and do not return; this particularly applies for pins and patches as the minimum quantities are quite high. This means that nothing lasts that long! If you are interested in an item there is no guarantee it will be there in the future. Please do not contact me about past items that are no longer available in the shop, if they're not on my website, they're not coming back!

Do you offer custom pins/patches?
Yes! I've created custom pins for weddings, bands and special events! I am also available to assist artists in creating enamel pins for release on their website! All custom pin orders have a minimum order requirement of 50 pins. Do you offer custom tees?
Yes! I am now able to design and screen print 100% custom tee shirts for your next event! Minimum order quantity is 5-10 shirts, some restrictions apply. Can I get __________ tee in another color?
I am now able to offer custom one off versions of all ALL tees screen printed in house! Some printing restrictions apply (for example I am unable to print white ink designs on black tees). Do you offer wholesale/consignment?

Would you ever be interested in a collaboration?
As of right now KWT is NOT seeking enamel pin collaboration opportunities.
I am not and will never be seeking collaborations with photographers, influencers or bloggers. Please do not email me asking for things for free to promote on your page, this is incredibly rude and absolutely NOT a collaboration.
